About Jay
I spent 17 years chasing one goal: the NFL. A career-ending knee injury ended that and pushed me into fitness.
I started my own training company and learned fast that entrepreneurship wasn’t the highlight reel it’s sold as. What changed everything was dropping my ego and hiring a mentor. I 10X’d my business in under 12 months, then opened three more studios the following year and tripled it again. One of those gyms I’ve since sold.
Today I own three seven-figure companies: 5 Star Fitness; Arizona’s most in-demand training facility, SkinFix Studios; a Scottsdale medical spa and Noxa Labs, a peptide research company. I compete as a Hyrox athlete and consult gym and beauty business owners on scaling income and impact without abandoning what they love.
